Final Clean — The detailed cleaning phase is completed once construction is nearly finished. Includes wiping all surfaces, detailing kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning light fixtures, vents, and trim, polishing glass and mirrors, and ensuring every space is presentation-ready for walkthrough or move-in.
Touch-Up Clean —The last stage after final inspections or minor repairs. We re-clean high-touch surfaces, remove smudges and footprints, dust any remaining debris, and leave the property spotless for client delivery or photography.
